Thing 3 is Eight Months Old

Growing so fast and still our little ray of sunshine!
Everywhere we go people tell us that Jamie made their day better with his loves everybody he meets flirtatious personality!

He is such a smart boy, and is ahead in every milestone so far!
He loves books and music :)
Height/Weight: James was last weighed 2 weeks ago he weight 18.5 lbs (24th percentile). I measured him today and he is 28 inches long (69th percentile).
Routine: We are loving our new house, and settling into our new routine so very much!! After taking sister to school Jamie hangs with Grandma while I go to the gym then we come home, and he has breakfast while he watches George ;) Then I bathe him (his favorite thing), and he takes a nap in his big boy crib! The afternoons he gets to play with sister while I make dinner! He is so attached to her, and it is so sweet to see them play! Then daddy is home which is everyone's favorite part of the day! It is great getting to sit and have family dinners, and James joins now that he is eating on his own :)
Sleeping: I LOVE HIS CRIB!! I enjoyed, and will always cherish the months that Jamie and I had just us cuddling every night. But I was so ready for him to be sleeping in his room. We finished his nursery in the new house a few weeks ago, so that weekend we started him in his crib. I fully expected it to take a few days to get use to, but he does great! He still wakes up around 3-4am, and at that point one of us just brings him to our bed to he sleeps till am.
Eating/Feeding: Jamie is eating solids for breakfast and dinner. He eats pretty much all fruits and veggies! He likes yogurt, eggs, chicken noodle soup, sweet potatoes, bananas, and kale cookies the best! I like the Ella's Kitchen squeeze pouches for when we are going somewhere, because he can eat them himself and there are no additives (he is still 100% gluten free).
Sizes: Our big boy is still in 9 month or 12 month clothing, size 3 diapers, and daddy's sunglasses :)

Milestones: This kid is growing too fast!!
He loves to swing, swim, and give kisses :)

He moved into his new home (House link)
He had his 1st Easter (Easter Pictures Link)

He learned to dance, stand on his own, stand up without holding onto anything, spider crawl, walk with his walker, say "Hey" and "Bye"!
The fun of wrestling with daddy

Our New Home Part 4: March... ish

So this is extremely delayed..
I finally got my baby daddy home the 20th of March, and the following Thursday we got the keys to our brand new house!!
Praise Jesus!
The kids didn't know that we finally had keys. We just told them we were going on a walk to measure for our new fence and back patio.
As a house warming gift our awesome Real Estate Agent Rex met us at our new house with a Home Depot gift card, and installed our new mailbox for us.
Working with Rex honestly was the most wonderful experience. He deep cleaned our house we were selling when the baby got sick, so I couldn't. He held James while I was signing for the closing on our house that he got us $25,000 more than we expected for it. He helped me with so much while Mike was gone from holding James while I did my final walk through, to arguing with the builder to wait to put my grass in until we were done moving in, to getting us a better deal with our lender.
If you ever need a Real Estate Agent he is your man!!

Mike got to do the honor... seeing this was his 1st time even seeing the house. When he left for his deployment it was still a dirt lot :)
The kids ran right for their new rooms :)
Then the boys took the opportunity of having an empty house to wrestle!
While Jenna and I decided how we were going to decorate!
That night we ordered pizza and camped in the living room!
Here is the 1st sunset from our new home!

If you missed them here are parts 1-3 of the build

Baby's 1st Easter

It was a busy spring for our little bunny foo foo, but it is such a blessing to have him apart of our lives! The weekend before Easter we took a break from moving into our home to go to our church Easter Event... James slept through the whole thing lol
That week we made Easter baskets with big sister and delivered them to all our neighbors to say hi and thank you for all the gifts and help we received while moving in!
We are loving our new little community!
On Easter James got a basket of small things in the morning before church... He likes his new piano best :)

His Brother and sister got empty baskets.... We talked about the excitement of the empty tomb being the real Easter Gift! Then they both got the roller blades they have been asking for lol
After church we had lunch with Grandma Sue, Grandpa Scott, Grandma Angie, and Auntie Mandi... Needless to say this little bunny and his siblings got spoiled!
Jamie prefered the basket grass to his toys lol
Then he cuddled up and took a nap with his handsome daddy while big brother and sister had an Easter Egg Hunt.

Our New Home Part 3: February

March I am so excited you are finally here!
I get my husband and my new house this month, so I am pretty trilled! February went by surprisingly fast, and so did the building of our home!

This was our house the last day of January
And this is it the last day of February
It is coming along pretty quick I think!
With this beautiful weather we have been taking walks to see the house every few days, and of course we took selfies every time ;)
1st every time we went there was big changes, but lately we have to look to see what they did!
 The bathrooms are done
The lighting is done, and working
The carpet and it's 16lb pad are laid for James to learn to walk on :)
And all the walls are painted
(not the color I will leave them, because we didn't want the builder painting)
One of the things I am so excited for is our kitchen. We choose not to have the builder so any upgrades, do that we can build our dream kitchen while adding equity.
That being said I am really happy with the way it came out for being "free"
Now that the whole inside is done we have to have a key to get in, and we should have a closing date this week while they finish my new front yard and fence :)
Of course this means my mother in law and I are loving going to Home Depo often!
She is helping me design my dream walk in closet as our house warming gift, and helping us pick out paint.... James thinks red is nice ;)

As this exciting process is coming to a peak and Mike is coming home to us keep our family in your prayers please!
